Your privacy
Bella and Pan works offline and does not automatically collect or send gameplay or personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking, and the app does not request access to location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or other protected device information.
Saved on this device
Adventure progress, completed My Scores results, the selected Difficulty, and sound choices stay on this iPhone or iPad. We do not receive or share them. Apple may include app data in a device backup according to your family’s backup settings.
Your choices
Starting a New Adventure replaces the current saved Adventure after confirmation. A grown-up can clear My Scores inside the app. Removing the app deletes its locally saved data from the device; an existing Apple device backup is managed separately in the device’s backup settings.
Contacting support
A grown-up can choose to email Support after passing the grown-up check. The draft includes the app version and build, device type, and system version. We receive only the email and information the grown-up chooses to send.
